Home Sellers Wanted

By Buyer trying to find a home to buy. Today's Real Estate Market is seeing many buyers ready, willing and able to buy and they can't find a house. It isn't that they are too picky. It isn't that they can't afford very much. The problem? There aren't very many homes on the market to buy. We have seen homes put on the Multiple Listing Service in the morning and have an accepted offer by the afternoon. Click here to see statistics for Minneapolis.

This is great news for sellers. For sellers who have considered moving into a larger home but have been putting it off due to the downturn in the Real Estate market, now is the time. I have clients who had been wanting to buy a home with acreage for years. The value of their home in Fridley had decreased during the recession, but this spring when the upturn began, they decided to search again for the home they wanted. They found a home on almost two acres with deeded access to the Rum River. We received an offer on their home in Fridley within two weeks of putting it on the market. They are now living in their new home and the payment is less on the new home than their previous home in Fridley. Interest rates are lower which will significantly affect your mortgage payment.

Now may be the right time for you to find the home you have always wanted. You can go to my website now and search for homes currently on the market. Check with a Realtor who will be able to prepare a Comparable Market Analysis which will show you how much your home will sell for in today's Real Estate Market. You can email me anytime and request a Comparable Market Analysis.
