The Economy is Going Crazy!

This past week and today have been difficult for anyone who has money invested in the stock market. We have seen crashes but this is bad. And it comes on top of an economy that seems to be difficult for so many. What should we be doing?

I am not a financial expert. I do know Real Estate and I can tell you that prices are at the lowest they have been in more than 10 years. I have been selling real estate for over 18 years and I have never seen interest rates so low. A client who is working with me now on purchasing her first home just made an offer on a 3 bedroom, one bath home in a nice neighborhood and her estimated payment will be $665/month. This includes mortgage, taxes and insurance. And she is receiving down paymen assistance so only has to put $1,000 down.
