Summertime in Minnesota is a beautiful time. Flowers are blooming, sun is shining, kids are playing, parks are busy and garage sales are plentiful. There seems to be so much to do now that the snow is gone. People are heading up north for the weekend. Graduations are done and kids are looking for summer jobs.
This is a time to stay positive and enjoy life. If you are trying to sell your home, the good news is that more people are looking to buy. If you are a buyer the good news is that interest rates are at an all time low and housing prices are fantastic. You can own for less than it costs to rent. Even if you have just been considering it, it is worth going out and looking at homes so you can weigh your options. There may never be a better time to buy.
